The time saved for users thanks to Shoenet has been extraordinary. In the past, users had to use their phone or fax as it was the only way in which they could receive their orders.
This became a problem, as errors were always possible (both technically and manually). It is estimated that the number of order processing errors without Shoenet was around 15%, and now it is reliant on the ERP used. So, we are now close to making no errors at all.
Once end users ERP implemented Shoenet and were able to send and receive business documents automatically using their own ERP, they started to save time in their daily work. Previously, the customer quotation and order response time was approximately 10 minutes compared to the 5 seconds it took for Shoenet. Furthermore, the customer never received updates about their orders, but now with the OrderStatusReport Shoenet document, this is possible.
For example, it is estimated that for every order, the processing time has been reduced by approximately 5 minutes. The bigger the order means the more time that is saved.
